Ball Valves

Ball valves are important parts of tube systems up to 50 mm diameter. Most often they are used to shut off segments of a tube system, for maintenance or other reasons. Due to the easy installing and handling procedures ball valves are first choice for tubing systems for industrial gases up to 40 bar working pressure.

Our ball valves are an excellent choice because of their stable construction, simple handling and maintenance free use in tube systems. A special, patented sealing construction ensures that the pressure fluctuations inside the valve can be controlled safely without leakage. This feature is enacted through specially formed PTFE gaskets that do not get worn out through opening and closing of the valve. Hence the valve is maintenance free and has a long a life cycle.

The production of the valves is according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE (PED). All phases of construction are monitored regularly through the certification issuing agency "Bureau Veritas".

The valves can be used in tube systems for oxygen and other industrial gases up to 40 bar working pressure and are tested according German DIN 32509 for the safe use with gases.
